摘要 对白腐菌Trametes versicolor预处理棉秆RMP制浆性能进行了研究。结果表明,Trametes ver-sicolor有强的产漆酶能力,能对棉秆有效降解。随Trametes versicolor预处理时间的增大,RMP成浆的得率和白度逐渐降低,强度性能有明显的提高;但过长的预处理时间会降低强度性能。预处理初期,随处理时间增大,纤维平均长度逐渐增大,细小组分含量逐渐降低;随着处理时间的进一步延长,纤维平均长度有所降低。Trametes versicolor处理时间的延长可改善磨浆性能。Trametes versicolor处理不同时间的漂白性能不同,处理时间为6d时,各光学性能指标变化很小,而强度有较大提高;当处理时间达到18d以后,白度明显低于对照样。 Cotton stalk RMP pulping performance pretreated by trametes versicolor were studied. The results show that trametes versicolor has a strong ability to yield laccase and can effectively degrade cotton stalk. With the increase of the trametes versicolor pretreatment time, the yield and brightness of RMP decreased gradually with the obvious increase of the strength property, but the overlong pretreatment time may reduce the strength property. In the early stage of the pretreatment, the mean fibre length increased gradually with the increase of the pretreatment time and the content of the fine component decreased; with the pretreatment time increased, the mean fibre length decreased slightly. The refining properties can be improved with the prolonging of trametes versicolor pretreatment time. The bleaching properties were different with different pretreatment time and the optical properties changed little when the treatment time was 6 days, whereas the physical properties were greatly enhanced; and the brightness was obviously lower than that of the referred sample when the treatment time reached 18d
