根据PLC的工作特点,分析了这种控制系统的主要结构形式,阐述了PLC选型的基本原则,重点讨论了PLC输入输出模块的选择要求以及I/O点数的确定、PLC的安装要求和改善安装环境的具体措施、PLC的外部配线及接地的方法,这些方法可以有效地保证PLC控制系统的可靠性,具有较大的推广价值。
In accordance with the operational characteristics of PLC, the paper analyzes the major structural forms of this control system and expounds the basic principles of PLC selection with the emphasis on the requirement of selection for the input-output module of the PLC and the determination of the I/O points, the installation requirement of the PLC and the specific measures to improve the installation conditions and the exterior wiring and grounding method of the PLC which can effectively improve the reliability of the PLC control system and have a great value of popularization.
