摘要
对大豆皮的改性方法及其处理水的过程进行了实验研究。对改性方法、改性剂和再生剂的选择进行了详细的实验,进而确定了改性剂、再生剂的最佳剂量及最佳反应时间。研究表明:大豆皮磺化改性后,对水中钙镁离子有很强的吸附作用,能够达到降低水硬度的目的;而大豆皮的再生实验也证明改性大豆皮可用作工业生产用水的软化处理。
An experimental study on the soybean hull modification and the process of treating water with the modified soybean hull was carded out. Detailed experiments were carried out for the modification method, modification agent and the choice of regenerant, and the optimal dosage of modifier and regenerant and the optimum response time were determined. The results indicated that sulfonated soybean hull has a strong adsorption to calcium and magnesium ions in water thus can decrease water hardness and the regeneration experiment of soybean hull proves the technical feasibility of modified soybean hull used in the softening treatment of industrial production water.
