摘要 目的比较不加夹带剂(SFE法)和加入夹带剂CO2超临界萃取(SFE+C法)金银花所得挥发油的成分和含量。方法利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对金银花挥发油成分进行分离和鉴定,并用面积归一化法测定了各成分的相对含量。结果SFE法提取的金银花挥发油八十余种成分鉴定出23种成分,SFE+C法提取的金银花挥发油一百余种成分鉴定出22种成分,其中它们有6种成分相同。结论不加夹带剂和加入夹带剂后所得挥发油在成分和含量上均存在一定差异。 Objective To compare the chemical compositions and contents of volatile oil from Lonicerae between CO2 supercritical extraction without cosolvent added (SFE) and CO2 -SFE with cosolvent added (SFE + C). Methods Volatile oil was analyzed by GC - MS and elucidated on the standard MS data. Their relative contents in percentage were calculated by area normalization. Results The former contained more than 80 kinds of compositions, 23 out of which were identified ; and the latter contained more than 100 kinds of compositions, 22 out of which were identified. 6 kinds of compositions were the same. Conclusion There is much different not only in composition but also in content of volatile oil between SFE and SFE + C.
