摘要
目的探讨女贞子体外抑菌作用。方法用K-B纸片扩散法。100%女贞子浸出液滤纸片对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、变形杆菌、大肠杆菌、甲型链球菌、乙型链球菌抑菌作用进行了研究。结果女贞子对以上细菌均有明显抑菌作用。结论女贞子在体外有明显的抑菌作用。
Objective To study in vitro growth inhibitory effect of LIA on bacteria. Methods K - B paper dispersion method was used and the paper was presoaked with 100% LIA water extract . We observed the inhibitory effect of circular filter paper pieces of LIA on Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus albicans, P. aeruginosa, E. coli, P. vulgaris, α -hemolytic streptococcus ,β- hemolytic streptococcus. Results The herb had obvious effect of growth inhibition on bacteria. Conclusion LIA has significant in vitro effect of growth inhibition on bacteria.
