高效液相色谱法测定强力感冒片中绿原酸的含量

Content Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Qiangliganmao Tablet by HPLC

目的建立强力感冒片中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定强力感冒片中绿原酸的含量。采用C18柱，以乙腈-0．4％磷酸（10：90）为流动相，检测波长为327nm。结果在0．366～2．196μg·ml^-1范围内线性关系．良好（r=0．99999，n=6），平均回收率为97．5％，RSD=0．8％（n=4）。结论该方法简便、准确，可为标准的修订提供可行的依据。

Objective To establish the method of content determination for chlorogenic acid in Qiangliganmao Tablet. Methods The content of chlorogenic acid in Qiangliganmao tablet was determined by HPLC with C18 column and acetonitrile - 0.4% phosphoric acid（ 10： 90） as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 307 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 164 - 0. 984 μg · ml^-1 （ r = 0.999 99, n = 6）. The average recovery rate was 97.50% ,RSD = 0.8% （ n=4）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It can provide a feasible basis for revision of the standard.
