金防感冒颗粒质量标准的研究

Study on the Quality Standard of Jinfangganmao Granules

目的拟定金防感冒颗粒的质量标准。方法采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定金防感冒颗粒中对乙酰氨基酚和绿原酸的含量。结果流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸（50：400：0．2）；流速1．0ml／min；对乙酰氨基酸检测波长为244nm。绿原酸检测波长为325nm。对乙酰氨基酚线性范围11．2—56．0μg／ml，r=0．9991，n=5；绿原酸线性范围2．42—21．78μg／ml，r=0．998，n=5。对乙酰氨基酚平均回收率101．3％，RSD为1．7％，n=6；绿原酸平均回收率为99．0％，RSD为1．3％。n=6。结论该法简便、灵敏、迅速、准确。

Objective To establish the quality control standards for Jinfangganmao Granules. Methods The contents of Paraeetamol and chlorogenic acid in Jinfangganmao Granules were determined by HPLC. Results Mobile phase： acetonitrile- water- phosphoric acid （ 50： 400：0.2 ） ; flow rate ： 1.0 ml/min： detection wavelength ：325 nm. The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 11.2 - 56. 0 μg/ml ,r =0. 999 1 （ n = 5 ）. The average recovery of the ehlorogenie acid was 99.0% ,RSD = 1.3% ,n = 6. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate with high sensitivity and good reproducibility.
