穴位贴敷对高血压病患者血压的影响

The Effects of Acupoint Application Therapy on Hypertension

目的观察中药贴敷穴位对高血压病患者血压的影响。方法收集符合试验条件的高血压病患者63名，随机分为用中药制作的膏药和非中药的膏药，贴敷特定的穴位，观察6～8周中患者血压的改变。结果与对照组相比较，中药穴位贴敷可以显著地降低血压。结论中药穴位贴敷可以作为高血压病治疗的辅助方法。

Objective To investigate the effects of acupoint application on essential hypertension. Methods The program enrolled 63 participants with untreated blood pressure in the range of 140/90 to 179/109 mm Hg. Participants were weaned off antihypertensives before enrollment and were then randomly divided into 2 treatments ： acupoint application therapy with special traditional Chinese drugs and acupoint application therapy without special traditional Chinese drugs. Results There was significant difference in blood pressure between pre - treatment and post - treatment in the acupoint application therapy with special traditional Chinese drugs group. Acupoint application therapy with special traditional Chinese drugs provided much more benefit than acupoint applica- tion therapy without special traditional Chinese drugs in reducing systolic or diastolic blood pressure. Conclusion Acupoint application therapy with special traditional Chinese drugs may be a adjunctive therapy in hypertension.
