摘要
目的:探讨川芎嗪(TMP)对Ba2+诱发的心室肌细胞异常自律性的影响。方法:采用常规微电极技术。结果:TMP50~200μmol/L可剂量依从性使最大舒张电位(MDP)减小和自动节律(SR)增快。利多卡因2μmol/L可完全拮抗TMP的上述作用。异搏定06μmol/L显著抑制SR,对MDP无影响。结论:TMP可阻滞心肌细胞外向K+电流,其药物效应与异搏定不同。
Objective:To study the effect of Tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) on the abnormal automaticity elicied by Ba 2+ (4 mmol/L) in guinea pig papillary muscles.Methods:By means of standard microelectrode techniques.Results:TMP 50~200 μmol/L reduced maximum diastolic potential (MDP) and increased spontaneous rhythm (SR) in a dose-dependent manner.The TMP induced actions could be reversed by Lidocaine 2 μmol/L.Verapmil 0 6 μmol/L inhibited SR remarkably,but didn′t have effect on MDP.Conclusions:TMP had an inhibitory effect on the outwart K + current of the myocardium and differed greatly from verapamil in drug action.
