吻合血管腓骨游离移植重建股骨头血供

Reconstruction of Blood Supply of Femoral Head with Free Vascularized Fibula Graft

目的：为了寻找一种确切有效的治疗股骨颈头下、内收型骨折、股骨颈骨折后骨不连接和股骨头坏死的新方法。方法：应用吻合血管腓骨游离移植重建股骨头血供的方法，对８例患者行临床手术治疗。结果：全部患者均收到优良效果。临床观察、Ｘ片表现、骨扫描及ＥＣＴ检查证实，患者疼痛消失快，功能恢复好，骨痂出现早，骨愈合坚强，股骨头塌陷停止，血供重建区血运丰富，放射性核素浓聚。结论：这一方法不仅可重新在患处建立一个确实可靠的血液循环通道，还从根本上解决了股骨头、颈部缺血问题。

Objective:To explore a definite and effective method of treating about fracture of the femoral head、non-union femoral neck after fracture and necroses of the femoral head.Methods:Eight patients recieved the treatment of clinical operation by using free vascularity fibula graft,the blood supply of femoral head was reconstructed.Results:All the patients obtained fine effects,which were confirmed by clinical observation、X-ray、bone-trace and ECT.Conclusions:The method established the blood supply resource in the sick section,and the problems of femoral head ischemia were also resolved.
