电视腹腔镜在妇科临床中的应用价值

Treatment of Gynaecological Diseases with Laparoscope:A Report of 18 Cases.

目的：探讨电视腹腔镜在妇科疾病诊断和治疗中的应用与手术并发症的预防方法。方法：采用硬膜外麻醉，在人工气腹条件下，应用电视腹腔镜及手术器械进行诊断与电凝、剪切等手术治疗。结果：手术成功率９６９７％，镜下立即诊断率１００％，无严重并发症。病人手术后痛苦少、功能恢复快、住院时间短。结论：电视腹腔镜应用于妇科的诊断和治疗是一种简便、安全和有效的方法。

Objective:To evaluate the application of laparoscope in the diagnosis and treatment of gynaecological diseases,and to probe the preventive methods of operative complications.Methods:All 33 cases were performed by laparoscope and surgery with spinal anesthesia or general anesthesia and artificial pneumoperitoneum.Results:The operative successful rate was 100%.The patients recovered quickly with little pain.The method could shorten the time in hospital without any serious complications.Conclusions:The method was a safe,effective,simple and convenient one to diagnose and treat the gynaecological diseases.
