摘要
运用文献资料分析和实地考察方法,对上海建设体育中心城市中的场馆建设模式进行研究。认为,目前国际上建设体育中心城市应以可持续发展理念为指导建设体育场馆。上海未来大型体育场馆建设要做到:新场馆大型化、多功能化;大型体育场馆应优先建造在老工业城区、边缘城区、大学城或大学园区内;大型体育场馆要考虑满足大众的多方面需求,方便市民就近利用;预先提出后续利用的具体项目;合理核算赛后维护管理费用等。
The methods of literature analysis and field survey were applied to doing research on model of construction of stadiums and gymnasiums in Shanghai turning itself into a centralized sports city. It considered that it＇ s necessary to construct sports stadiums and gymnasiums with an idea of sustainable development. The future construction of large-sized sports stadiums and gymnasiums in Shanghai should conform to the following demands： large-sization, multi-functionalization and giving priority to the building of large-sized stadiums and gymnasiums in old industry areas, marginal area, university city or garden area; it ought to meet popular multi-aspect needs and be convenient to the local citizens; what＇s more, the concrete project of follow-up utilization should be brought forward and the cost of preserving stadiums and gymnasiums after games should be reasonably counted before they were built and so forth.
