The network research on inter-organization has become one of hot topics in modern knowledge management academia and business community.Review of the various studies of inter-organizational networks is the necessary precondition and preparation for further study.The two main operational models of inter-organizational networks such as market mechanism and enterprise mechanism,relationship and network trust mechanism are discussed.
