透射型电可调光衰减器的设计

摘要 可调光衰减器(VOA)是光通信中重要的光无源器件。设计了一种透射型电可调光衰减器,该衰减器以Perpend icular VOA d ie作为核心部件,并设计了配套电路。经过实测,衰减器参数指标达到使用要求。  The Variable Optical Attenuator(VOA) is an important optical communication device without source.The design of the transmissive electricity-adjustable Variable Optical Attenuator which takes Perpendicular VOA die as core elements is conducted.At the same time,the matching circuit is designed.Proved by experiments,the parameters of VOA meet the requirement.
