摘要
研究了一步法合成碳氮化钒的生产工艺及工艺参数对碳氮化钒氮含量的影响。研究结果表明:V_2O_3与C的配比对产物氮含量影响较大,当碳过量15%时,产物的氮含量最高;产物氮含量随反应温度的提高先增后降,在1400℃时产物氮含量最高;当反应温度在1280~1480℃时,XRD分析显示产物组分均为VN和VC构成的碳氮化钒固溶体;产物中氮含量随反应时间的延长有增加的趋势,反应时间120min时能得到较高氮含量的产物。同时反应时间对产物的粒度也有明显的影响,SEM图显示产物的粒度随保温时间的延长而增加;添加剂(NH_4Cl、Fe)对产物氮含量有较大程度的影响。
The effect of technical parameters on nitrogen content in vanadium carbonitride is investigated. The results show that the ratio of V2O3 to C is evident effect on the nitrogen content of products, and the nitrogen content could reach maximum if the carbon content is over 15 %. The nitrogen content of products first increases and then decreases with the rising of reactive temperature, and the nitrogen content reaches maximum at 1 400 ℃. The XRD patterns show that the experimental product is composed of VN and VC solid solution when the reaction temperature is 1 280 - 1 480 ℃. The nitrogen content of products trencls to increase with the prolonging of reaction time, and the products are appropriate then the reaction time is 120 rain. The reaction time also influences the grain of products. Based on the SEM, the grain size of the products coarsens with the prolonging of reaction time. The additives (NH4Cl and Fe) have evident effect on the nitrogen content of products.
