摘要
第三代移动通信技术(3G)是指将无线通信与国际互联网等多媒体通信相结合的新一代移动通信技术。它能够处理图像、音乐、视频流等多种媒体形式,提供包括网页浏览、电话会议、电子商务等多种信息服务。移动学习是继数字化学习后出现的,将移动计算技术与数字化学习相结合的又一新学习模式。因此,基于3G技术的移动学习模式将可以真正实现随时、随地、随身进行学习的梦想。
The third generation mobile communication technology （3G） is a new generation of mobile communication system, which unions the wireless correspondence, the internet and others multimedia correspondence. This wireless network can process the picture, the music, the video fiequency flows and others kinds of media form, and provides multiple messages service including web browsing, conference call, the electronic commerce and so on. After E-learning, M-learning is an new learning model which unions the computation technology and E-learning. Therefore, m-learning model based on 3G will truly realize the dream of studying at any time, at any place by any body.
