摘要 危险点分析和预控的主要思路是在"安全第一,预防为主"的安全工作方针指导下,对可能发生事故的危险点进行事前预测和预防控制,从而确保工程施工安全。介绍了危险点的有关定义、特点,结合架空送电线路工程施工的实际情况,阐明了危险点分析和预控的原则和思路,提出了搞好架空送电线路工程施上危险点分析和预控的方法程序以及有关注意事项,为搞好架空送电线路工程施工安全提供了一种新方法、新思路。 Analysis of dangerous point and pre-control are a new way, which is tried to find out from practice of anti-accident in electrical construction, it's main thinking is: under the guideline of safety workingsafe is first and precaution is master, carry through beforehand forecast and pre-control for dangerous point, which maybe occur accident, thereby insure safety of engineering construction. This paper introduces the definition and characteristic of the dangerous point, combine with practical situation in overhead transmission line engineering construction, illustrate the analysis of dangerous point, the principle and thinking of precontrol; provide their program and attention, it offers a new way and a new thinking for overhead transmission line engineering construction safety well.
