摘要 科学精神作为大学精神的内涵之一,是指大学在长期的科学活动中凝炼和提升出来的文化精髓和价值观念体系,它包括求是、竞争、理性、质疑、批判、求变、自由、宽容、平等、开放等精神,集中表现为求实创新、自由探索、独立批判的精神品质。当前,受世俗文化糟粕、现行教育体制的弊端和市场经济负面效应等影响,大学科学精神出现了一些困境,主要表现为弄虚作假之风侵蚀了大学的求实创新精神,实用功利之风侵蚀了大学的自由探索精神,顺从迎合之风侵蚀了大学的独立批判精神,从而在大学中产生了大量的浮躁、浮夸、功利、偷机的现象。这些不良风气阻碍着大学科学精神的提升,影响着大学和谐文化的建设。 As one of intensions of campus spirit, the spirit of science refers to the cultural quintessence and value system colleges and universities have condenessed and sublimated from their long-term scientific activities,which consists of truth seeking, competition, reason, query, criticism,change seeking, freedom,tolerance, equality, openness and so on, and has practical innovation, free exploration and independent criticism as spiritual quality. Currently, affected by common cultural drosses, malpractices of the existing educational system, the negative effects of market economy and so on, the campas spirit of sciehce has been confronted with a predicament mainly shown by the following facts: Employment of trickery has corroded the spirit of truth seeking and innovation on campus; utilitarianism hs corroded the spirit of free exploration; Submission and catering to authorities has corroded the spirit of independent criticism. As a result, such phenomenonna as impetuosity, boasting and exaggeration, utilitarianism and speculation abound in colleges and universities. All the unhealthy atomospher is hindering the raise of the campus spirit of science and bringing negative effects to the campus harmonious culture building.
