肾复康结合中药灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭45例

The Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure with Shenfukang Combined with Chinese Herbal Decoction Enema

目的:探讨肾复康结合中药灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的效果。方法:低盐优质低蛋白饮食,口服肾复康并用中药高位保留灌肠,10次为一个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。结果:45例中,总有效率84.4%,明显高于对照组。结论:肾复康结合中药保留灌肠有明显疗效。

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of shenfukang combined with Chinese herbal decoction enema for the chronic renal failure.Methods： The patients were given low saltand,high quality and low protein diet,and shenfukang was administered by mouth,combined with Chinese herbal decoction enema ten times for a course of treatment,continuous three treatment courses were taken.Results：Total effective rate was 84.4% among 45 patients in the treatment group,and higher than that in control group obviously.Conclusion：Administration of shenfukang by mouth combined with Chinese herbal decoction enema is obviously effective for the chronic renal failure.
