摘要
本文应用SEM、TEM和光学金相等方法,研究了镍铝青铜显微组织的发展。实验结果表明在连续冷却过程中,β→α+β_2,β→α+γ_2和β→α+β_2+γ_2三种共析反应发生于不同的温度区域。在合金的回火组织中,可能出现β_2和γ_2沉淀,它们的形貌和分布随合金的成分和回火时间的变化而变化。
This paper describes the microstructural development of nickelaluminium bronzes, using SEM, TEM and optical microscopy. The results indicate that the three eutectoid reactions, β to α+β_2, β to α+γ_2 and β to α+β_2+γ_2, occur over different ranges of temperature. In the microstructure of tempered alloys β_2 and γ_2 precipitates can be observed; their distributions and morphologies vary with the variation of alloy composition and tempering time.
