摘要
该文分析了对高校投掷运动员疲劳产生的原因,并提出有效的恢复手段和方法,对科学合理地制定训练计划和比赛有一定的实用价值。
This paper has analyzed the cause of college throwing athletes' training fatigue and methods for recovery, which are of some value to making training plans and participating in games.
