饲料活性赖氨酸测定方法研究进展

摘要 赖氨酸(1ysine,Lvs)作为猪的第一限制性氨基酸,从20世纪50年代开始就一直是动物营养学研究的热点之一。由于Lys在动物饲料中用量大、成本较高,必须精确地确定动物最佳生长发育的最低需要量。另一方面许多原料经过加热、加压、磨粉、碱处理,或者贮存时间过长,均可导致Lvs的ε-氨基与其它物质形成脱氧酮糖化合物.虽然该物质能被动物部分吸收,但无营养价值(Eichner等,1994)。因此一部分Lvs不能被动物利用。只有准确评价Lys的有效率.才能合理利用Lvs,避免蛋白质资源的缺乏和浪费,减少动物对氮的排放和环境污染。
