头孢沙定中异丙醇含量的测定

建立一种气相色谱法测定原料药头孢沙定中异丙醇残留量。方法:选正丙醇作内标物,在TPA改性聚乙二醇毛细管柱上进行组分分离,效果良好。检测器为FID;载气为氮气;进样口温度200℃;柱温100℃;检测器温度250℃;结果:平均回收率异丙醇100.88%。结论:该方法克服了进样量不准确的特点,重现性好,精度高。

Determine the content of isopropanol in Cefroxadin with the method of gas chromatography method choose propanol as the internal standard,and separate each componet on a polyethylene glycol TAP capillary column.The effect is well.The oven temperature was set at 100℃,with injector at 200℃and FID temperature at 250℃,the average recovery was at 100.88%.The results showed that the method is the characters of reproducibility and precision.
