摘要
目的:建立用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定小儿导赤片中大黄素的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAXSB-C18(4.6mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(80∶20),流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为254nm。结果:大黄素在0.04～0.4μg(r=0.999 9)范围内有良好的线性关系。大黄素平均回收率分别为98.25%。结论:该方法操作简便、快速、结果准确可靠。
Objective： To establish a method for determining the Emodin in Xiaoer Daochi Tablets. Methods： HPLC was adopted and the separation was performed on Agilent ZORBA C18（4.6mm×150mm,5μm） with methanol-0.1% H3PO4 （80：20） as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0ml/min and the detection wavelength was 254nm at 30℃. Result： The calibration curve was linear in the ranges of 0.04-0.4ug（r=0.999 9） for Emodin. The average recovery was 98.52%. Conclusion： The method is convenient, rapid, accurate and could be used for quality control of production of Xiaoer Daochi Tablets.
