摘要
以铝粉、钨酸、钛酸和石墨粉为原材料,利用埋碳保护法铝热还原碳化合成WC-TiC-Al2O3复合粉。研究了温度对于生成WC-TiC-Al2O3复合粉的影响。结果表明,煅烧温度在1150℃时能合成WC-Al2O3粉,WC-Al2O3-TiC复合粉的合成温度在1350℃左右。
WC-TiC-Al2O3 powders were synthesized by means of aluminothermic reduction-carbonization with metallic Al powder, H2WO4, H4TiO4 and graphite as raw materials under the protection of coke granules. The effects of temperature on the synthesis of WC-TiC-Al2O3 powder were studied. The results show that the WC- Al2O3 powders were obtained at 1150℃ and the WC-TiC- Al2O3 powders were obtained at 1 350 ℃.
