To some extent, the thought of ＂neutralization＂ in traditional Chinese culture, American idealism from Catholic and realism from pragmatism influence bilateral intercourse. According to theory of international constructionism, this kind of cultural path reliance in diplomatic conduct will be altered through cross-cultural dialogues when they participate in international institutions. The two nations will understand and go beyond these differences in culture through seeking more common interests.
