补阳还五汤乙醇、氯仿提取物挥发性成分及调控鼠骨髓间充质干细胞活性研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用GC-MS对中药复方补阳还五汤的乙醇及氯仿提取物进行分析,结果发现2种溶剂提取物中挥发性成分大致相同;通过对补阳还五汤2种溶剂提取物进行骨髓间充质干细胞增殖活性的测定,发现2种溶剂提取物均促进鼠骨髓间充质干细胞的增殖(P<0.05). It is found that the volatiles of ethanol - extraction and chloroform - extraction from Buyanghuanwu Decoction are similar as that as studying the ethanol- extracion and chloroform - extracion of Buyanghuanwu Decoction by GC - MS. By analysing the two extactions on the proliferation of mesenchymal stem cells, it is also found that both of the two extractions can proliferate mesenchymal stem cells(P 〈0. 05).
