甲真菌病是一种常见的慢性、顽固性皮肤病，治疗非常困难，长期以来存在着治疗需时长、疗效差、药物不良反应大、复发率高的问题。伊曲康唑是一种高效广谱抗真菌药，具有独特的药代动力学特征。
Onychomycosis is a common chronic dermatomycosis.It can be caused by dermatophytes, yeasts as well as molds.This represents from 18% to 40% of all onycho patients and 30% of all mycotic infections of the skin. Onychomycosis is difficult to be treated and requring long period. Itraconazole is a broad spectrum antifunal agent that is efficacious in the treatment of infection caused by different pathogenic fungi. Its pharmacokinetics in nail are characterized.
