摘要
通过分析锻焊闸阀阀体环缝焊接产品模拟件的工艺特点,采用真空电子束焊接,选用SA106B,规格为φ404mm×73mm的大口径钢管来模拟锻焊闸阀的产品试样,确定合理的焊接工艺参数,试验获得了高质量的焊接接头,为阀门阀体以及大厚度产品电子束焊接积累了经验。
This paper analyzes the technology characteristics of forge-welding valve girth welding product simulating parts, uses the vacuum electron-beam welding and selects big calibre steel pipe SA106B, whose specification is 404 mm×73 mm to simulate the forgewelding valve sample and determine the reasonable welding technology parameters. The experiment has obtained the high quality weld joint and accumulated the experience for electron-beam welding of valve and rich thickness products.
