摘要 肠功能障碍在危重病发展过程中起着非常重要的作用,因此,深入了解肠功能障碍时肠上皮细胞损伤发病机制,采取有针对性的保护治疗措施,将为临床上治疗及阻止多系统器官功能衰竭的发生提供更好的治疗手段。目前涉及肠功能障碍发病机制的因素有很多,近来研究表明,丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)/核因子-κB(NF-κB)通过多方面的信号调节,影响着介质释放和细胞内其他信号通路,参与了肠道上皮细胞的促炎因子释放、细胞凋亡等损伤过程,通过阻断和调控MAPK和NF-κB信号分子的表达活性,可以恢复肠功能障碍中严重受损细胞的免疫功能。该文就MAPK及NF-κB信号通路与肠上皮细胞损伤相关的研究作一综述。
