室间隔缺损的合理治疗探讨

Rational Therapy of Ventricular Septal Defect

摘要 室间隔缺损是儿童先天性心脏病最常见的类型,其临床处理方法主要有随访观察、经导管介入治疗以及外科手术治疗等。手术治疗为传统的治疗方法,而经导管封堵室间隔缺损具有创伤小、恢复快等优点,临床上应根据缺损部位、大小、血流动力学改变及心功能状态等情况进行选择。该文对各种处理方法进行综述,以探讨单纯性VSD的合理治疗方案。
