维甲酸及维甲酸相关孤儿受体γ与支气管哮喘

Retinoic Acid and Retinoic Acid Receptor-related Orphan Receptor γ in Bronchial Asthma

摘要 支气管哮喘(哮喘)是由T细胞、肥大细胞、嗜酸性细胞和支气管上皮细胞等多种细胞和细胞组分共同参与的慢性炎症性疾病。维甲酸及维甲酸受体相关孤儿受体γ控制炎症细胞的发育,影响免疫系统的功能,参与气道重建,发挥抗氧化作用,调节胸腺素的合成等,从而影响哮喘发病的多个环节。现将有关研究进展作一综述。
