摘要 在综合性精神发育障碍中阿斯伯格综合征(AS)所占比例较大,且误诊和漏诊率相当高。该文介绍了近年筛检AS的心理理论测试方法,各种测试均在不同程度上发现了AS患者心理理论缺陷的特点,但结果不尽相同。笔者对心理理论的各种测试进行了总结分析,探讨AS研究中存在的问题及研究方向。神经机制的相关研究证明,心理理论能力可能定位在右侧大脑半球,但是AS心理理论缺陷的神经心理机制仍有争议。
