心血管应激对血浆内皮素水平的影响

EFFECTS OF CARDIOVASCULAR STRESS ON PLASMA ENDOTHELN LEVELS

本实验探讨全麻气管插管心血管应激对血浆内皮素水平的影响．结果显示，气管插管时心血管应激反应明显，血浆内皮素水平随之升高，且与血压、心率的增加呈高度正相关．表明血浆内皮素是心血管应激反应早期敏感指标之一，参与心血管系统的调节作用。

This study was designed to investigate the effects of cardiovascular stress of endotra-cheal intubation on plasma endothelin(ET) levels. The results showed that cardiovascular stress reac-tion was remarked and plasma ET level was significautly increased during endotracheal intubation.The ET level was positively correlated with blood pressure and heart rate. The results revealed that ETwas one of the early and sensitive sigr of cardiovascular stress reaction.
