国内炼油化工企业物料平衡系统的应用

Study on the Mass Balance Systems Applied to the Domestic Refining and Petrochemical Enterprises

对中国石化和中国石油炼油化工企业实施的物料平衡系统进行了分析,建议在国内炼油化工企业实施物料平衡系统中,应重点考虑数据采集的过程,并结合自身的计量条件,增加"平衡计量人员",使最终协调数据得到及时、准确的发布。

The mass balance(MB)systems applied in the Sinopec and CNPC refining and petrochemical enterprises were analyzed. It is suggested that data collection should be considered as the focal point in the application of MB system. The'MB measurement personnel' should be augmented so as to get and promulgate the final data timely and exactly.
