炼油化工企业生产调度系统优化方法 被引量:8

摘要 介绍了炼油化工生产调度系统的特点,分析了近年来对炼油化工生产调度系统优化的3种方法,包括数学规划法、模拟法和智能优化法。总结了调度系统建模的5种分解方法,即:基于供应链的分解;基于工艺流程和产品生产的分解;基于调度时域的分解;基于site和process的两层优化分解;基于物流路径和性质的两层优化分解。对炼油化工企业生产调度系统优化的理论和应用研究前景进行了展望。 The characteristics of refining and petrochemical enterprises production dispatching system were introduced. Three types of optimization methods recently applied in production dispatching system were analyzed,including mathematical planning,simulation and intelligence methods. Five break-down methods for production dispatching modeling including the break-down methods based on the supply system,on the process and products,on the schedule time zone, on the site and process,and on the transferring path and property of materials respectively were introduced and analyzed. The prospect of the current research on the production dispatching system was discussed.
