芜湖市在校学生人体蠕形螨感染情况

Investigation of Demodex in school students

目的:了解芜湖市各级学生蠕形螨感染情况,分析影响蠕形螨感染的相关因素。方法:采用透明胶带粘贴法,用显微镜观察检查,并对受检学生开展问卷调查。结果:共调查学生648名,蠕形螨总感染率为34.26%;小学生、初中生、高中生及大学生的感染率依次为19.32%、31.60%、45.22%、47.55%,小学生与初中生感染率有显著性差异(P<0.01),初中生与高中生感染率有显著性差异(P<0.05),但高中生与大学生感染率无显著性差异(P>0.05);男生蠕形螨感染率为38.52%,女生蠕形螨感染率为30.68%,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);222例感染者中,轻度感染占91.44%,中度感染占7.21%,重度感染占1.35%;就感染种类而言,毛囊蠕形螨为67.12%,皮脂蠕形螨为30.63%,两者混合感染为2.25%。结论:芜湖市各级学校在校学生普遍存在蠕形螨的感染,应高度重视蠕形螨病的预防和治疗。

Objective：To investigate the prevalence of Demodex infection for recognizing the relevant factors. Methods： The samples taken by transparent adhesive tape were examined under microscope for detecting infection intensity and species. Questionnaire was used for surveying the hcahh habits of the students. Results ： The overall infection rate of De modex was 34.26 % （222/648）, and the percentage of mild, moderate and severe infect ion accounted for 91.44 %, 7.21% and 1.35 %, respectively. The difference was significant between primary school students （ 19.32% ） and junior high school students （31.60 % ） （Х^2 = 6.91, P〈 0.01 ）. The infection rate of Demodex in senior high school students （45.52%） was significantly higher than that of junior high school students （31.60 % ） （Х^2= 5.40, P 〈 0.05）, but there was no difference between senior high school students （45.52%） and university students （47.55 % ） （Х^2 = 0.07, P 〉 0.05 ）. When compared with the infection rate between male and female, the former was higher than the latter （38.52% to 30.68%;Х^2= 36.79; P〈0.01）.Of 222 sufferers, 67.12% was infected with Demodex folliculorum, 30.63% with Demodex brevis and 2.25% with both. Conclusion： It must be alert to prevent the infection of Demodex mites since it is so prevalent in school students of Wuhu City.
