摘要 目的:研究马齿苋Portulaca oleracea L.全草的化学成分。方法:运用各种柱色谱方法进行化学成分的分离纯化,用波谱解析方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从马齿苋的70%乙醇提取物中分离得到五个化合物,分别鉴定为马齿苋酰胺A(1)、马齿苋酰胺B(2)、马齿苋酰胺E(3),以及橙皮苷(4)和咖啡酸(5)。结论:化合物4和5为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective: To investigate chemical constituents of Portulaca oleracea. Methods: The constituents were isolated by various column chromatography methods, and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis, Results: Five compounds were isolated from 70% ethanol cxtracl and their structures were elncidated as oleracein A ( 1 ) , oleracein B (2) , oleracein E (3) , hesperidin (4) and caffeic acid (5). Conclusion: Compound 4 and 5 are isolated from Portulaca oleracea for the first time.
