摘要
目的为了研究混凝土碳化对钢筋混凝土结构耐久性的影响.方法从混凝土的碳化机理出发,分析了影响混凝土碳化的主要因素.通过现场试验,对某建筑物的混凝土强度、碳化深度及钢筋保护层厚度进行了测定.结果通过对影响该建筑物的影响因素综合分析,建立了考虑环境因素、混凝土强度、覆盖层等多因素混凝土碳化深度预测模型.结论利用试验数据验证了预测模型的正确性,结果表明在预测混凝土碳化深度时,必须考虑覆盖层的影响.
In order to study carbonization influence on durability of reinforcement concrete structure, based on the carbonization mechanics, the major factors influencing on concrete carbonization are analyzed. Tests are made to determine the concrete strength, carbonization depth and steel bars protection depth of a certain building in Shenyang. A prediction model for carbonization depth considered environment, concrete strength and covering by analyzing the effects of above factors. The testing data validated the model correctness clearly. Results show the covering must be considered when prediction model is set up.
