摘要
目的为提高模拟人脑对城市影像进行计算机判读提供了重要的参考方法.方法通过引入影像的非光谱特征中的语义知识,按照城市规划监测的需要,把遥感影像语义结构按实体要素-实体-用地类型-功能区,进行搭建语义网络模型.结果总结了影响城市遥感影像判读的四个方面:城市与自然环境协调;社会、经济和技术过程;城市历史变迁的继承性;政策规划实施的强制性.结论四项指导原则综合起来不仅为城市遥感图像判读指出了正确的方面,提供了有力的手段和方法,而且也为今后城市遥感图像判读专家系统的建立,提供了丰富的背景知识及和GIS相结合的有效途径.
Remote sensing technology has already been widely used in city planning inspection areas. In order to improve the precision and efficiency of remote sensing image interpretation, four guidelines of urban remote sensing image interpretation are set up based on semantic knowledge: harmony with natural environment;rationality of social, economic and technological process; inheritance from city historical vicissitude; compulsion from policy and planning implementation. These four integrated guidelines can not only give the right direction to remote sensing image interpretation, hut also put forward an effective way to combine the abundant background knowledge and GIS for the establishment of the remote sensing image interpretation expert system in the future.
