摘要
目的利用蜗杆传动的传动比大、传动平稳等特点,研究设计一种结构简单的多功能千斤顶.方法多功能千斤顶采用蜗杆传动、螺纹传动来完成工作任务.利用蜗杆传动、螺纹传动,将转动变换为直线运动、将转矩转换为轴向力;同时利用螺纹传动的自锁作用,保证使用安全可靠.结果设计出了多功能千斤顶的主要结构,分析了其工作原理,进行了必要的力学分析,推导出数据计算的有关公式等.结果表明:该多功能千斤顶结构合理;力的支撑点布置巧妙,提高了重要传动部件的使用寿命;作用力与输出力比值很大;且具有对重物旋转的功能.结论多功能千斤顶,结构简单、体积小、重量轻、安全可靠、携带方便,具有推广使用的价值.
The paper aims to develop a type of multi- functional jack, which is simple in structure and with the characteristic of big worm driving proportion and balanced driving. This new type of jack works depending on worm and whorl driving. Adopting whorl driving can change circular movement to linal movement, and the automatic- locking function can ensure the using security, we develop the structure, analyze the principle, make necessary mechanics analyses, push over the formula, and make it clear that the jack is logical in structure, smart in power knighthead, durable in use, and with a big proportion of output and input. And it can circumrotate heavy objects as well It's worth designing and manufacturing this new type of jacks that are simple in structure, small in volume, safe and convenient.
