新生大鼠纹状体提取液最适洗脱速度的探讨

STUDY OF THE BEST ELUTION FROM STRIATAL EXTRACT OF NEW-BORN RAT

用HPLC层析分离新生大鼠纹状体提取液，分别用不同的洗脱速度来分析每个样品洗脱峰，以寻找一个有效的洗脱速度，方便收集和分析。实验结果提出：当洗脱速度为0．20ml／min时，分离的效果和收集样品的纯度为最佳。

The striatal extract from new-born rat by HPLC. was isolated in order to looking for a effective elute rate of flow and beneficial collection, using diferent elute rate of flow analysis. The result shows that the elute rate of flow is 0. 20ml/min, the isolation method is effective the purification of sample may be best.
