法医精神鉴定案例的记忆测量及对照研究

A CASE-CORTROL STUDY OF MEMORY FUNCTION IN MENTALLY ILLED OFFENDERS SUBMITTED TO FORENSIC ASSESSMENT

采用韦氏记忆测量表（WMS）及模具分别对52名精神病违法者和54名在押的正常人犯进行测量，发现两组的记忆商（MQ）、长时记忆（LTM）、短时记忆（STM）和瞬时记忆（IM）均有显著性差异（P＜0．01），说明精神病人的记忆功能有削弱。对WMS内部构成的定量分析发现MQ与STM的简单相关系数最大（r＝0．88），MQ与LTM、STM、IM均呈正偏相关，而各分量表之间均呈负偏相关，说明LTM、STM、IM是独立存在的记忆形式。通径分析说明STM对MQ的作用最大，通径系数为0．55。

WMS was used for measuring memory of 52 mentally illed ofenders and 54 normal pretrial offenders. There was siginificant difference in MQ.LTM. STM and iM between these two groups (P＜0.01), which showed there was memory disorder in psychiatric patients. As elements in WMS were analyzed, the correlation coefficient of MQ to STM was 0. 88. The partial correlation coefficients of MQ with LTM, STM and iM were all positive. All the elements were of negative partial correlation to each other, explaining each element in WMS was independent. The path coefficient of STM to MQ was 0. 55.
