摘要
为探讨国产医用硅橡胶制品植入人体各部位后有何不良反应，用国产医用硅橡胶进行美容整形术3216例，共3567个部位。分别随访314例1～10年，其中98％以上患者植入的硅胶在体内稳定。笔者认为国产医用硅胶材料理化和生物性能稳定，在美容整形中应用前景良好。
Further discusion about the medical reaction of China-made medical silicon rubbers implanted in human various parts. China-made medical silicone rubbers were clinically applied in ten fields to 3216 cases, with 3567 human perts in all. About 300 patients were followed up for 1～10 years. More than 98 percent of them felt well and no medical reaction was found in them after implantation of medical silicone rubbers. The auther believes that there is a bright future in the field of using China-made medical silicone rubbers in aesthetic plastics because of the physicological and biological stability.
