胃癌中E-cadherin和nm23-h1的表达与转移的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨E-cadherin和nm23-h1表达与胃癌侵袭转移及相关临床病理学的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法,检测84例癌组织和正常胃黏膜组织中E-cadherin和nm23-h1的表达水平,结合肿瘤的侵袭转移能力及相关临床病理学进行分析。结果84例肝癌组织中E-cadherin、nm23-h1的表达强度均弱于正常组织中的表达;E-cadherin和nm23-h1的表达强度与肿瘤的分化程度、侵袭转移能力及生存时间密切相关;对E-cadherin和nm23-h1在正常胃和癌组织、有侵袭转移组中的表达进行相关性分析,均具有明显正相关。结论E-cadherin和nm23-h1的表达水平能反映胃癌的分化程度和侵袭转移能力;两种蛋白的表达水平之间呈明显正相关;联合检测两种蛋白在肿瘤组织中的表达,对临床判断胃癌的预后有一定的指导意义。 Objective To explore the relationship between the metastasis of gastric carcinoma and the expression of E- cadherin, nm23 - h1 in gastric carcinoma. Methods Immunohis- tochemistry (S - P method) was used to detect the expression level of E - cadherin and nm23 - h1 in pri- mary tumor tissues of gastric carcinoma and normal tissues. The results were analyzed in combination with the metastasis potential and clincopathology. Results The expression level of E - cadherin and nm23 - h1 in tumor tissues was lower than that in normal tissues. The expression level of E - cadherin and nm23 - h1 in gastric carcinoma had a close relationship with differentiation degree and metastasis potential of tumors. Correlation analysis revealed that the expression of E - cadherin was positively related to that of nm23 - h1 in tumor, normal tissues and the tissues with metastasis and invasion. Conclusion The expression levels of E - cadherin and nm23 - h1 may suggest the metastasis potential and differentiation degree of gastric carcinoma. There was a positive relationship between the expression of E - cadherin and nm23- hl. Combined detection of the expression of E - cadherin and nm23 - h1 in gastric carcinoma may provide a significant parameter to judge the clinical prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
