摘要
本文对电力需求侧管理(demand side management)中的沟通主体及对象作了初步分析,提出了DSM沟通有效性的表达式及三维模型,并据此构建出DSM有效沟通体系的详细内容,能够为电网企业、发电企业及电力用户在DSM实施过程中进行有效沟通提供借鉴。
This paper makes a primary analysis on the main communication body and object of DSM, and brings forward expression and three-dimension model of communication effectiveness, thereby establishes the details of effective communication system of DSM, providing reference for grid corporation, electricity-generating enterprises and electricity users in the implementation process of DSM.
