摘要
企业生产的目的是为了利润的最大化,而"以人为本"追求的是一种个人价值的实现。那么现在为什么有很多企业喊出"以人为本"的口号呢?企业又是怎样解读"以人为本"的呢?笔者认为,企业所倡导的"以人为本"是"以人为资本"。只有从这个角度,才能正确理解企业的各种人力资源管理活动和行为。
An enterprise aims to make the maximization of profit, but "people-oriented" means to realize the individual values. Why do lots of enterprises take "people-orientation" as their slogan? How do the enterprises understand and explain "people-orientation"? The paper thinks that what the enterprises propose is to take people as capital. Only in this way can we understand the practice and the behavior of human resources management.
