Innovative Talent Cultivation Barriers from the Perspective of Chinese National Psychology Structure

本文反思了中华民族文化心理结构中的两大决定性因素:价值取向与思维方式,指出了当前创新型人才培养存在的主要文化阻滞,提出了有效培养创新型人才的措施。

Three decisive components of universal ethical principal orientation and thinking .mode have been analyzed and criticized in this paper. While pointing out the main cultural barriers in current innovative talent cultivation, the author proposes corresponding effective measures to cultivate innovative talents.
