摘要
近年来法学教育界围绕法学本科素质教育问题进行了广泛的讨论,并在法学教育实践中摸索法学素质教育的方法与途径,取得了一定的成效。但由于对法学本科培养目标认识的不一致,导致了实践中的偏差。法学毕业生在就业以及工作中所反映出来的职业伦理观念不强、知识结构不合理、职业技能较差、心理承受能力较弱等素质缺陷,认证了我们的法学本科素质教育还很不完善。就全日制高等教育而言,深化本科法学素质教育的改革,仍然要在课程体系、教学内容、教学环节、教学方法和教学手段等方面进行探究并逐步加以完善。
In recent years, a profound discussion centering on the issue of law undergraduates quality-oriented education is unfolded and some achievements have been obtained in practice in the aspects of probing legal science quality-oriented education methods and means. Some deviations occured in practice due to the understanding disparity on training aims towards law undergraduates. The law undergraduates quality-oriented education is proved imperfectly when the graduates seek employment and work, exposing specifically in weak job ethics notion, irrational knowledge structure, semi-skilled professional ability, mental endurance etc. As far as full-time higher education is concerned, when deepening the reforms towards law undergraduates quality-oriented education, we need to gradually perfect in the fields of probing course system, teaching contents, teaching links, teaching methods, teaching means, etc.
