高等职业教育既面临着发展的机遇,也面临着严峻的挑战,通过对高职院校管理体制现状进行研究,提出了高职教育管理体制创新的思路,进而落实到的高职院校发展对策,以期推动我国高等职业教育的发展。

Higher vocational education is not only faced with the developing opportunity, but also up against great challenges. In order to promote development of higher vocational education in China, The paper proposes the thought of innovation on the management mechanism of higher vocation education and developing countermeasure.
